All students are required to pay 2 months of tuition at the time of registration or before classes begin. This tutition is for the first and last month of classes.

Tuition payments are then due on the first scheduled class of each month. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make payments to the front desk on time. Statements will be emailed to you at the beginning of each month as a reminder that your payment is due. 

Payments are considered late after the 10th of the month, and a $25 late fee per family, per month is automatically added to all accounts that carry a balance after the 10th. THESE FEES WILL NOT BE WAIVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If you do not regularly stop in the studio, we encourage you to mail in your tuition payments or call to pay with a credit card over the phone by the 1st of the month to avoid the late fee. 

All families are REQUIRED to leave a credit/debit card on file with the studio. If your tuition is NOT paid before the 15th of the month, your credit card Will automatically be charged to cover your monthly tuition and the $25 late fee. You do still have the option to have your tuition automatically charged to your credit card at the beginning of every month. Read the credit/debit card authorization form carefully and select the option you prefer. 

Tuition is divided equally over 10 months, September through June, plus recital rehearsals and performances. Therefore, tuition fees remain the same every month! Some months are longer and will make up for shorter months when holidays, breaks, or snow days happen. There will be NO prorated tuition for any missed classes! 

Make up lessons, however, are offered all year, and we strongly encourage all students to make up their missed lessons. This can be done in a class of the same level or a lower level at your earliest convenience. Make up lessons must be taken within the month of the absence. 

There are absolutely no refunds of registration fees, tuition payments, costume payments, or recital fees, even when paid in advance!!!
