Price Information
Drop in rate = $8.00 per class
10 Class Card = $60 (equals $6 per class)
20 Class Card = $100 (equals $5 per class)
Class cards can be used for any fitness classes throughout the 2011/2012 season
Class Descriptions
DANCE IT OFF = A fun and energetic exercise class based on dance moves and great music. The class will learn a different dance each week that is easy to follow and full of high energy to burn many calories and help with your stretch and coordination. No dance experience required! Just come for fun and put a high kick in your life!
ZUMBA = The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program! Zumba achieves long-term benefits while having fun in an exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Try it and you will surely be coming back for more!!!
